What we collect and why
Spartan Grounds leases private offices at Executive Plaza, 200 N 23rd St, and Harrell House, 100 W Main St, in Boise, Idaho. This policy covers spartangrounds.com.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, the location and suite you asked about, and, if you choose to add them, your team size, timing, lease length and any notes.
How we use it
We use it to reply to your inquiry, match you with a suite, schedule a tour and, if you lease with us, manage the lease. We contact you by phone, text or email about office space. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who sees it
Our staff, and the service providers that host the website and store inquiries on our behalf, such as Cloudflare. They may use it only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Texts and calls
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell us by phone or email. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of leasing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for leasing, and lease records for as long as the law requires.
