A day here

A building older than the state of Idaho.

Harrell House has stood at 1st and Main since 1884. It was a home first, became offices in 2003, and came to Spartan Grounds for a full restoration that kept its history: new hardwood floors, the original moulding, a chandelier in every suite. It is warmed by a historic underground heating system fed by Boise's hot springs, and we installed a new manifold to keep it running for another century.

  • Eight private suites across two floors, each with hardwood floors and its own chandelier
  • A lounge and high-end kitchenette shared by the whole building
  • One block from St. Luke's
9:00 a.m.
Main Street. You park and walk in off Main with downtown moving around you. You tap in at the keypad. Inside, the noise drops away. There are only eight suites here, and people know each other's names without trying.
9:20 a.m.
Heads down.Your door opens onto hardwood underfoot and a chandelier overhead. A private office in a building older than the state of Idaho, set up exactly the way you work.
1:00 p.m.
The meeting that matters. The common area is tech-ready: screen, camera, HDMI, video conferencing. In a room with this much history, a meeting lands differently than in a glass box in a tower.
When you are done.
Lights off.You lock up. Cameras keep watch after hours, and your access does not end at five. Tomorrow it will be waiting exactly the way you left it.
